Using an instructional model, like Bloom’s Taxonomy, courses follow a set design with quizzes and learning exercises throughout the course.  These tests insure the student’s understanding of the materials presented and that learning is taking place.  All courses are written to encourage active participation in the transfer of knowledge.

We work closely with their clients to develop training materials based on process, technology and training objectives. They assess training needs, develop detailed training plans coordinate training logistics, and create online training content. They also develop tests and create on the job aids which all contribute to a comprehensive learning experience.
